I wanted to try my hand in making a page for my OCs and the different worlds they inhabit, I post ... occassionaly on my socials but I think making a website sounds super cool. Anyway enjoy!
Sometime during COVID (I know, I'm sorry) or 2021 I decided enough is enough, I'm going to create something because between doomscrolling and playing video games for hours waiting for a j*b to land I was spiralling badly. I decided to put stylus to tablet and draw something. I created some very crude character sheets and pushed through. The original idea transformed dramatically to what exists now. I posted the initial page drawings, but since the idea changed so much I found it useless to finish the full story. It's a bit lazy but also...what's the point in revisiting it?
What I have on me is still far from complete but I'll share what I have so far. I hope I can find it in me to actually present this story, either as a comic/manga/whatever or a series of short stories, but until then I'll my current aim is to continue creating visuals for it.

A very edgy name for an edgy story, if it wasn't obvious I started this when I was a bit young but now I keep going back and forth with it. It started off as a story about a girl finding her place in superhero society and living up to her mother's legacy and some edgy bs sprinkled in. It sounds pretty alright, actually something I would like to read, except for the insane overlap between the first story. Even though this one came first I spent too much time on the magic system for the first story to overhaul it. I decided it will be easier to alter this one instead. On top of powerscaling nonsense, I decided to just merge both the mother and daughter, and expanded the cast of characters a bit.
This story will definitely be a comic.
The story so far follows a solar based superheroine and her hijinks in Egypt. She battles mummies, commrades, herself, and sometimes her country. My inspiration is twofold:
Unfortunately, I find myself going back and forth on the tone. I wanted it to just be an edgy fun comic but I find myself looking at my writings and feeling a bit uneasy and overall unsure about what exactly I want. So it stopped being low commitment when I revisted it sometime last year.
